I have served as a FamilySearch Support Missionary since June 2007. I have helped users of FamilySearch.org solve their problems. I have trained new support agents. I currently help create help content for patrons and support agents. I believe that my daily use of the website and familiarity with it and with the problems users encounter give me the ability to provide tips to help folks get the most from the site. That is my aim with this blog.
